Welcome to the HoloPlan QR Code Link for Jira application (the “App”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you” or “Licensee”), and HoloPlan (“we,” “us,” or “our”), concerning your access to and use of our App via the Atlassian Marketplace.
By installing, activating, or using the App within your Atlassian Cloud environment, you agree that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these Terms. If you do not agree with all of these Terms, you are expressly prohibited from using the App and must uninstall it immediately.
1. Scope of Service & Platform Context
The App: The App is a configuration bridge built natively on the Atlassian Forge cloud framework. Its sole function is to encode user-provided Jira setup parameters into a localized graphical QR matrix to facilitate an optical pairing link with your separate HoloPlan spatial computing application, smart glasses, or mixed reality headsets (collectively, “Spatial Endpoints”).
Atlassian Marketplace Terms: These Terms supplement the Atlassian Marketplace Terms of Use. In the event of a conflict, these Terms will govern your specific use of the App.
2. Intellectual Property Rights & Patents
Ownership: Unless otherwise indicated, the App, including its source code, compiled Forge scripts, user interfaces, visual design, functionality, and trademarks are our proprietary property and are protected by copyright, trademark, and unfair competition laws.
Patent Protection: The App incorporates proprietary, patent-pending serverless cryptographic workflows and local optical data transmission mechanics owned exclusively by HoloPlan. Downloading or installing the App grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable runtime license for internal corporate use only.
Restrictions: You shall not decompile, reverse-engineer, disassemble, attempt to derive the source code of, decrypt, or modify any portion of the App.
3. Account Security and API Tokens
Token Management: To generate a configuration QR matrix, the App requires you to supply a valid Atlassian Access Token. You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for generating, managing, and securing your organization’s access tokens and administrative credentials.
Local Processing: Because the App compiles the QR code entirely within your local browser session under a serverless architecture, you accept sole operational responsibility for managing who has physical or remote visual access to screens displaying the active configuration matrix.
4. Third-Party Hardware and Environments
Spatial Endpoints: You acknowledge that the successful scanning and execution of the compiled QR matrix rely on separate third-party spatial computing hardware ecosystems (such as XREAL devices, Android XR runtimes, or Meta Quest setups).
Disclaimer of Hardware Liability: HoloPlan is not responsible for any technical limitations, optical camera failures, system crashes, peripheral vision tracking dropouts, or hardware malfunctions associated with third-party smart glasses or immersive headsets worn in industrial workspaces.
5. “As-Is” Warranty and Limitation of Liability
Disclaimer: The App is provided on an AS-IS and AS-AVAILABLE basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, HoloPlan disclaims all warranties, express or implied, in connection with the App and your use thereof, including, without limitation, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of Liability: In no event will HoloPlan, its directors, or employees be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages—including lost profits, lost revenue, data corruption, or shop-floor operational downtime—arising from your use of or inability to execute the App.
6. Termination
By You: You may terminate these Terms at any time by permanently deleting and uninstalling the App from your Jira Cloud Administration panel.
By Us: We reserve the right, without notice or liability, to deny access to or disable the App to any user for any reason, including without limitation for breach of any representation, warranty, or covenant contained in these Terms.
7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms and your use of the App are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in the United Kingdom.
