HoloPlan (“we,” “our,” or “us”) is committed to protecting the privacy and security of your enterprise data. This Privacy Policy outlines our data handling practices for the HoloPlan QR Code Link for Jira application (the “App”) available via the Atlassian Marketplace.
Unlike traditional cloud integrations that store infrastructure access credentials on third-party backend servers, this App operates under a Zero-Data-Retention, Zero-Egress framework built natively on Atlassian Forge.
1. Data Controller and Platform Architecture
The App is built exclusively on the Atlassian Forge cloud framework. This means all compute execution, data rendering, and transient memory handling occur entirely within your organization’s secure Atlassian Cloud site boundaries.
Data Controller: Your organization remains the sole Data Controller of all Jira metrics, project boards, and personal data.
Data Processor: Atlassian acts as the direct cloud platform processor. HoloPlan does not operate separate external application databases, cloud servers, or third-party web hosts to execute this App.
2. Information We Access and How It Is Used
To compile your custom spatial pairing configuration block, the App requests limited, scoped read-only access to your active Jira interface via native Atlassian Forge API permissions:
Jira Site Attributes (read:jira-work): The App queries active Jira Project names and Sprint Backlog queues exclusively to populate the configuration dropdown menus in your active side panel workspace.
User Identity Profile (view:me): The App checks the authenticating administrator’s local identity to confirm site access authority.
Authentication Assets (Atlassian Access Token): The App requests your manually inputted API token solely to bind your instance target configuration to the localized layout.
3. Patent-Pending Zero-Retention Security & Storage
We do not collect, transmit, or store your personal data, API keys, or Jira instances.
On-Device Cryptographic Encoding: The moment you select a project and configure the App, a unique configuration QR matrix is generated entirely on-device inside your active browser session.
No Third-Party Transmission: The compiled pairing handshake remains strictly local. When scanned by your HoloPlan spatial computing headset or smart glasses array, the cryptographic handshake is decoded entirely on-device.
No External Logs: No data payload, password string, or network token is ever transmitted to, or stored by, external HoloPlan servers.
4. Third-Party Sub-Processors and Analytics
Data Egress: The App features completely blocked data egress. There are no background tracker scripts, analytics packages (such as Google Analytics), or behavioral monitoring systems embedded inside the App.
Sub-processors: HoloPlan utilizes zero external sub-processors. All cloud operations strictly utilize Atlassian’s core infrastructure.
5. International Data Transfers & GDPR / UK DPA Compliance
Because all operational data remains within your native Atlassian system environment, your existing data residency selections, region boundaries (including EU/UK localized storage choices), and organizational governance constraints are completely respected. The App introduces no additional cross-border data transfer risks.
6. Your Rights Under GDPR / UK Data Protection Act
Because our application does not ingest, manipulate, or retain personal data on external infrastructures, HoloPlan does not possess or maintain database files containing your records.
To exercise your rights of access, correction, restriction, or deletion under the GDPR or UK Data Protection Act 2018, please manage your user tokens directly via your Atlassian Profile Security controls (id.atlassian.com).
You may immediately revoke all App communication and clear cached browser arrays at any time by simply uninstalling the application from your Jira Cloud Administration console.
